The companies have six months to book domains with extension .Net.br. in Brazil. Since April, the .Net.br be available to individuals. Domains .Com.br be reserved until October 27 2009.
 
From the day April 6, companies or individuals who own domain .Com.br has six months to express their interest in registering the same name with a Net.br, according to the release of the Management Committee of the Internet in Brazil.
 
In 2008, the .Com.br became a DPN (top level domain) and the generic entries will be accepted from individuals within its jurisdiction. This year will be given to the same treatment .Net.br. the domains registered before April 6, will be reserved for the holders, after the October 27, 2009, the domains that are not registered may be available for registration.
